There are many popular outdoor ceremony locations in Stanley Park. Ferguson Point is one of our personal favourites. The Stanley Park Pavilion is another ideal spot that can be booked for ceremonies and receptions.
The quaint Meeting House is a rustic spot for your wedding ceremony. It reminds us of an old church with its wooden pews and led glass windows. Perfect for people wanting to add a touch of the whimsical. The landscaping around the Meeting House presents lots of old style features, stairways, railings and trees for some interesting and unique elements in your wedding photos.
Wedding Photography:
Stanley Park provides some of the best wedding photography options with a variety of gardens and stunning views of the North Shore Mountains and Downtown Vancouver. There are 5 garden sites in Stanley park including: Cathy’s Garden, Rose Garden, Duck Pond, Japanese Garden, Arboretum and Herb Garden.
The totem poles at Brockton Point are one of BC’s most visited tourist attractions and a popular spot for wedding pictures.
Wedding Receptions:
The Tea House Restaurant is an ideal spot that is designed to deliver wedding reception services for up to 200 guests. It’s one of the best places to eat in the city (you can’t go wrong with the delicious food and awesome views).
The Stanley Park Pavilion is another venue that can be booked through the parks office. It has several indoor and outdoor venues for wedding receptions and ceremonies for up to 300 people.
